How a first visit goes

You tell us what hurts, or that nothing does.
Ten minutes, seated upright, fully clothed.

We examine and show you what we see.

Valid for six months. No treatment on day one unless it hurts.

Do I need an appointment, or can I walk in?
Mornings before ten are held for pain and walk-ins. Everything else is by appointment, usually within two days.
Why are your prices on the website?
Because a medical price you cannot see in advance is not a price, it is a negotiation. The board lists starting prices; your written plan lists the exact ones.
Do you take insurance?
Yes, all major TPAs. The front desk files the claim while you are still in the chair, and tells you the uncovered part before you leave.
What if I am anxious about dentists?
Say so when you book. First visits can be exam-only with no instruments, and every procedure is narrated before it happens, not during.
Do you see children?
From age three. Under-twelves are seen free alongside a parent appointment, and first visits never involve treatment.
